-Worked on ‘Optimisation of Transportation cost’ by collecting inbound, in-house and outbound data for Truck Hydraulictanks to model the as-is process and map the current value stream- Analyze the data to identify the bottlenecks and possible avenues for cost reduction- Optimised the allocation of tanks between supplier and customer based on per km transportation costs and capacity-Proposed methods to improve the supply chain network which would result in a 55% reduction in transportation costs(Around 5 L INR per month)
