Managing as well as administrating all the Residential, Commercial and Warehouse projects of the Group.

MSN Logistic Warehouses is located in the midst of the Fulbari industrial area, just besides the Fulbari Main Market. Its a project of approximately 150,000 sqft of storage facility.The warehouses are built keeping all the modern state of the art techniques and requirements in mind.All the Warehouses are fitted with Turbo Ventillators,to keep the electicity bill down as well as keep the environment green.One of the most important advantages of having warehouses in Fulbari is because of its proximity to the railway stations [NJP and rangapani] and its connectivity to Siliguri main town, Jalpaiguri , North-Eastern states and Kolkata.

• Strategy: As part of the Business strategy team I worked closely on the Strategy of marketing and the various issues related to marketing; spoke to prospective customers to convince them of the benefits of warehouse and its strategic location. I was able to lease the first warehouse within 1 month of its start of construction.•Leadership & Management: Led a team of 21 people consisting of Civil Engineers, architects, contractors and construction workers; handled people issues and their management- (a common issue in the rural areas of India) to accomplish the task in the assigned time line; negotiated with the material provider over the price of the raw materials and the date of payments. Achieved the target of building the first warehouse within 3 months from the construction start date of the warehouse.• Research: conducted extensive research into the legal technicalities for construction of warehouses and to avail subsidies in the region provided by NABARD and FCI (Food Corporation of India); conducted meeting with Lawyers, Chartered accountants and bank managers and NABARD designated officers. I was able to get 15 % subsidy on the construction of warehouse in rural area.

• Research and Development: was part of a research and development unit to build applications for blackberry mobiles; module lead of a 4 member team to develop an organizer application on Rim technology. • Mentorship: trained and mentored 8 newcomers in the blackberry project; conducted sessions for them on the rim technology as well as gave them dummy assignments to do; made them project ready and resolved all their doubts and problems related to the project.• Requirement gathering: worked on the end-to-end requirement gathering to development phase process in an Insurance Company Project from the Requirement Gathering phase to the development phase; went through all the requirements provided by the client ( North Western Mutual, an Insurance Company), clarified any ambiguous requirements, proposed changes to requirements as required; post the requirement phase I was made the lead of a 3 member UI (User Interface) team- completed the module with precision before the designated time.• Leadership: Team lead for 6 members including 3 juniors for a testing project; had a zero major defects or bugs in the version leading to System testing round. Thus increasing the efficiency of the project by 30%.• Training: Designated member of SGT (Self Governance Team), in Infosys training to represent a class of 100 new Employees; as an SGT I was the bridge between the class and the teachers. • Awards: Received “Bravo” Award” for leading a testing team of 6 members with proficiency and efficiently and letting zero major bugs pass to the system testing people and increasing the efficiency of the project by 30%. Received Client Appreciation from NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL, an insurance company for leading a team of 3 members and completing the module assigned to our team within strict time lines.
