With over 10 years of experience in teacher development, I am passionate about improving the quality and impact of education for learners from diverse and underprivileged backgrounds. As the Head of Teacher Development at Future Hope School, I lead a team of 20 educators who design and deliver innovative and inclusive curricula, pedagogy, and assessment for students from grades 1 to 12. I also oversee the professional development and mentoring of teachers, ensuring that they have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver effective and engaging instruction. My mission is to empower teachers and learners to achieve their full potential and to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all.In addition to my current role, I have also worked as a freelance learning design and materials expert on various e-learning projects, including one on Disaster Management for UN professionals. I have extensive skills and experience in creating effective and engaging learning materials for different audiences, contexts, and modes of delivery. I have also worked as an instructional design consultant for Tata and Sons, where I collaborated with the Diversity and Inclusion team to create learning materials for employees from all business laterals. I am proficient in technical writing, content development, and instructional design, and I have a TESOL certification that enables me to design and deliver materials for English language learners.
