Ensured continuation of site activities during the Covid-19 period despite manpower and resource constraints by carrying out effective resource allocation and enabling smooth handover of jobs between contractor partners. • Executed planned maintenance activities on static equipment during plant turnarounds. Through effective communication with Operations and supervision of contractor teams, site activities were completed within the stipulated time.
