How you do anything is how you do everything. This line perfectly resonates with me and and what I do - whether it is solving a particularly tricky problem with a solar controller, designing a novel social network, leading the deployment of an electrification programme across the country, coaching aspiring entrepreneurs at STEM universities or building a start-up.Inspired by a 3.8-billion year-old innovator, I co-founded the Biomimicry Compass. We enable sustainable, innovative, nature-based solutions to global challenges. Our mission is to create a billion biomimics. I have held many executive positions throughout my career in technology, product management, strategy, innovation and knowledge management, and have headed cross-disciplinary teams locally and globally, dealing with clients in USA, Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East. As an entrepreneur, I conceived and developed a unique networking platform for Indian families.My experience in multiple roles and domains has taught me the following about myself - I can conceptualize and successfully build solutions into a tangible product or service; I can lead and align teams to execute new ideas; I can simplify the complicated, whether it is a problem, a concept or a process. I excel at connecting the dots. I roll up my sleeves and do what needs to be done, when the time comes.I enjoy exploring different disciplines and topics.
