ResponsibilitiesTook up responsibility of the PMCTG PPW team.Solved more than 1000 defects alone by data correcting DB2 tables through Spufi and Provider applications.Part of analysis and resolution of complex defects, it is a challenging task given the complex architecture of the project.Updated and tested various Procs belonging to Premier Provider.Responsible for end to end delivery, Project Scheduling, Resource Planning, Assignment of Work Packages.Introduction of Review Mechanism and Quality artefacts to improve quality of deliverables.Preparation of Communication planning.Responsible for Status reporting, productivity charts, work burn down charts.Responsible for identifying the training needs of team members and arranging of training sessions.Conducting Lessons learnt & Best Practices workshops.Is the only resource working on PMCTG Triwest project. IBM Global Services is updating the system to respond to the changing needs of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans it serves. Specifically, IBM is working with NASCO to develop a secure, self-service system through which Blue Cross and Blue Shield members and employer groups will be able to check on claims status and access other information via the Web.
