MR Innovations is me :) In between full-time roles ( I'm talking 40-60 hours a week) I have over the course of over two decades engaged with over 200 clients and well over 1,000 projects. This includes a range of startups and large organizations such as Sony, Bumble Bee Foods, Monster Energy, Hallmark, Guitar Center and Fidelity Investments. In between 2000-2010 it operated as a very stable consulting business with a core team. Since 2010 it's more of my "brand" and I have dedicated myself to full-time positions and opportunities (see my experience below).

Provide technical advisory, project management, software architecture and engineering to this early stage startup. Squabble is a small claims filing facilitator that provides nationwide service to help people file small claims lawsuits and serve defendants in a very easy way online.

Lead Architect and Engineer of a nitch-market MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator). North America Mobile "piggy-backed" on the T-Mobile network and provided affordable mobile phone service that was marketed heavily towards the hispanic/latino community. I designed the backend infrastructure to interface with the T-Mobile network and all of the required back office interfaces to manage the accounts. I also developed the company website allowing customers to access their account, monitor usage, upgrade service, etc.

Chart Perfect is a medical records and billing platform. I was contracted to migrate the existing Windows VB/Forms application and accompanying infrastructure to a new .NET/C# web based desktop/tablet app. The ongoing contract was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic due to to HIPPA regulations not allowing off-site data access.

With company growth and new funding additional leadership roles were brought in to focus on sales goals, data privacy, security, compliance and certification. As the lead architect of the system I helped solidify a larger engineering team and helped coordinate efforts with the engineering team and growing data science team - finalizing my 12 year tenure. Hookit was acquired by Kore Software.

I went from being the e-commerce technology partner for this amateur athlete sponsorship portal to the lead engineer and architect. I revamped the entire platform nearly from scratch, brought on and lead an amazing team of engineers to help along the way and was a key player in the company's mission to pivot from amateur athlete sponsorship to professional athlete sponsorship analytics. Hookit analyzed trillions of combined data points in social media including brand logo tracking using computer vision to give brands, athletes and venues the ability to track and measure an equivalent advertising dollar value to social media posts.

Provided custom e-commerce micro-sites embedded directly within the Hookit platform for it's sponsorship clients to provide discounted product to amateur athletes they sponsored via Hookit's sponsorship platform.
