As a fresh graduate of Business Administration, I have a strong interest in Administration, HR Administration, General Affair, Secretary, etc. During my time in college I have studied courses in business management, human resource management, business administration, office administration, economics, and accounting.My journey in Business Administration, not merely as a student but as an explorer of the business world. I immersed myself in both theory and practice. One significant chapter of my journey led me to serve as a representative in an investment gallery for a prominent securities company, PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia. This role not only expanded my professional network but also honed my communication and negotiation skills. Being the liaison between investors and investment opportunities, I learned the art of adaptability in the ever-evolving financial landscape.Taking a detour into the world of audit, I undertook an internship in a State-Owned Enterprise, PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. This experience provided me with a profound understanding of financial intricacies and reinforced the importance of meticulousness in handling financial data. This journey as an auditor instilled in me the values of precision and diligence, crucial traits in navigating the complexities of financial environments.Shifting focus from numbers to people, I embraced the role of Deputy Coordinator in the Personnel Division of a dynamic organization, Lingkar Cendekia. Here, I cultivated skills in managing interpersonal relationships, balancing team dynamics, and fostering individual growth.
