Sales Associate
Current- Responsible for making sales reports and stock availability reports, both fast moving and slow moving.- Conducting sales, starting from offering products, assisting customers in choosing goods and ensuring final finishing to the cashier in accordance with applicable procedures to increase customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.- Responsible for the placement and arrangement of goods on shelves and walls, tidiness and cleanliness of displays as well as updating the layout in accordance with merchandising provisions, including installing product information or promotional media related to the maintenance of display goods.- Running the sales process and receiving customer payment transactions.- Check the goods are in good condition before being handed over to the customer.- Keeping records of all incoming sales transactions.- Check and report sales and payments every day including (Cash, DC, CC) to Supervisor/coordinator.- Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are in good condition according to procedures.- Delivering and receiving goods from warehouses and other stores.- Responsible for the store area and lead other staff to ensure and support so that operations can run well.
