SIMAKARA is an educational start-up offering a tutoring and mentoring program for UTBK and SIMAK UI preparation.• Formulated and strategized for a team of 100+ people, including managers, staff, and interns, throughout 2023• Implemented automation system that integrated workflows and processes, resulting in improved operational efficiency and effectiveness coordination across divisions.• Achieved a revenue increase of more than 220% YoY (2021-2022) and around 67% YoY (2022-2023), totaling Rp600+ million in 2023.• Achieved a customer increase from 185% YoY (2021-2022) and over 63% YoY (2021-2022), with a total of 1300+ registrants in 2023.• Developed and implemented research-driven learning strategies that led to a pass rate of 300+ students in 2022 with a target of 500+ students in 2023.

I have responsible in creating module and practice question based on my students competencies. So far, I already teach 20 students (private class) and over 200+ students (BTA Group) in range of junior high school and university exam (UTBK).Student Achivement:• Increased physics scores from an average of 82 to 94, math scores from 84 to 91.• Successfully enter junior high school favorite school in Jakarta (passed PSB Exam Labschool).• Passed senior high school final exam in score 89 (mathematics) and 88 (physics) from average score is 75.• Successfully passed the UTBK and SIMAK UI test

• Assist 29 students of Wave and Vibration class to ensure them can follow the course for one semester.• Conducting class tutorial session, preparing homework assignment and solution, grading and evaluating student’s class work.• Course material included: Harmonic Motion (Simpled, Forced, and Coupled), Electromagnetic Wave, Optical Wave, Wave Diffraction, and Wave Interference.

• Assisted 36 students of Modern Physics class to ensure them can follow the course for one semester.• Conducted class tutorial session, preparing homework assignment and solution, grading and evaluating student’s class work.• Course material included: special relativity, quantum experiment, photoelectric effect, atomic physics, hydrogen atom, and quantum mechanics.

• Assisted in 20 students of Electronics Lab course to conduct laboratory experiment based on modules every week.• Created preliminary test and assess the student’s laboratory report every week.• Laboratory experiment included: thevenin circuit, diode, transistor, operational amplifier, and active filter using op-amp.

• Led 12 team members consist of vice head and 3 divisions (multimedia, relation, and publication).• Created organizational branding strategies through visual communication, educational content, and event promotions in social media.• Built and maintain relationship with various stakeholders including physics department and alumni to increase visibility of academics information.• Developed the content matrix system for publication in social media from various division in organization.
