After the transformative experience of the coronavirus pandemic, I decided to follow my passion for mental health and pursue a career where I can make a meaningful difference. I graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and I’m now a full-time student in FIU’s Master's program for professional counseling psychology.My ultimate goal is to become a licensed mental health counselor and psychotherapist, serving diverse communities and addressing the mental health challenges they face. Beyond clinical work, I am deeply committed to inspiring the next generation of mental health professionals by becoming a professor at a 2 year school helping underserved students.As someone dedicated to creating positive change, I value the intersection of education, advocacy, and compassion. Whether in a therapy room or a classroom, I aim to empower others to achieve mental wellness and cultivate a deeper understanding of the importance of mental health.I’m always eager to connect with individuals and organizations who share a passion for mental health, diversity, and education.
