Senior Manager, Enterprise Technical Support - Americas
CurrentMy role as a people leader for the Enterprise Technical Support Team at BlackBerry at its base level, is to empower and support a diverse group of Analysts, Senior Level Analysts, and Principal Level Analysts in their delivery of support, focused on the BlackBerry products and services. As a key member of the Leadership Team, I participate in decision making and take on additional workload to ensure the overall success of the ETS operation. I am open and honest in my opinions, and constructively contribute to debate. I am trustworthy, keep confidences and meet commitments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. As a team player, I see success as being measured not only by our team's measures, but in our contribution to the Customer Support Organization, and BlackBerry as a whole.
