Held responsibility for multiple client engagements where success was dependent on successful implementation of Wipro’s Global Delivery Model. • Program Manager for Midwest Independent System Operator (MISO), which controls the entire electric grid for the Midwest, a $12M development and delivery program of the MISO’s Transmission Billing and Settlement System.

Multinational IT services firm managing consulting contracts for federal defense, telecommunications, and government contracts, a $2B company in 2003. • Internally recruited to help build Energy & Utilities BU, as the company authority in developing client relationships and securing large-scale engagements. – Crafted the Premise and Engagement framework/scope of work for multimillion-dollar engagements.– Built professional consulting (vertical) and project (horizontal) teams.– Convinced clients that systems and practices offered were viable, cost effective, and would improve productivity and bottom line profits. • Member of the leadership team that built Energy & Utilities BU from the ground floor.– Designed operational systems and helped grow the division from zero to $28M in revenue in 4 years. – Developed growing client base and personally sold $15M of the $28M. This significant increase in clients and sales attracted the attention of potential buyers, including Wipro.

Principal Consultant, charged with leading a segment of AMS’s internal business operations and participating in running company as HRIS Manager. • Reviewed serious operating capital, defined framework, and planned, budgeted, designed, and implemented sophisticated technology to support all aspects of corporation’s HR functions including recruitment management, payroll, resource allocation, staff development, and decision reporting, considering financial, legal, and tax implications, in a high growth HR organization. • Acted as liaison between AMS corporate HR, Key Business Unit HR stakeholders, and line managers to identify, prioritize, and implement HR management systems. • Planned and executed enterprise-wide organizational change management programs; developed and deployed system to thousands of users in 6 countries.

• As Lead Programmer, envisioned, invented, patented, and launched an Interactive Support System (ISS) – a portable, video software training solution for the US military (the first of its kind, pre-Internet). • Received project startup budget of $100K. Developed and sold product to the military within 10 months. Resold capability to new clients, with sales > $3M annually during 3 years.

• Project Managed $1M technical delivery software management development project, as part of ongoing, multimillion-dollar large-scale project.• Directed analysis, design, and development of an embedded, decision-support system for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces C3 underground command centers. Wrote project plan detailing resource utilization and project milestones. Developed Quality Assurance Standards and procedures.

• Performed requirements analysis and software development for Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare Systems. Provided technical input for human engineering studies.
