As a Research Scientist II for Cognitive Performance Group, I employ my UX/HCD background to research and learn about all things to do with human cognition in a military environment - from operator decision requirements within a specific system, to developing entire testing and training plans for stakeholder. I have over three years of experience in UX Research and Design, in addition to digital marketing and I am currently finishing my Master's degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture at the University of Baltimore (expected Spring 2025).My mission is to use empathy, creativity, and collaboration to deliver products that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients alike. I enjoy working with diverse and multidisciplinary teams, and I have successfully managed and led projects involving UX Design, Human Centered Design, Web Development, Social Media, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Content Creation. I am passionate about learning new technologies and tools, and I am always eager to challenge myself and grow as a UX Designer, Researcher and Leader.
