In 2022 I started 1POINT5 SOLUTIONS to specifically bring a sustainability lens to this work.1POINT5 SOLUTIONS is a Singapore-based professional services firm delivering solution-oriented, evidence-based coaching, training and consulting. We are driven by the increasing need to focus on sustainability. So much so, our name is drawn from the IPCC directive to limit global warming to 1.5ºC. Through our products in COACHING | SUSTAINABILITY | LEADERSHIP, we support leaders to sustain performance, development and wellbeing for themselves and their teams.
