My role is to manage the overall implementation of our Retail Point of Sale software, xStore. I coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure all custom configurations and modifications are clearly defined and are delivered on time and within budget.-Lead engagement planning; develop and manage implementation plan for the client, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery according to client expectations and Oracle goals.-Assemble, guide and lead Oracle team responsible for one or more concurrent implementation projects.-The Implementation team consists of Product Consultants, Application Engineers and QA Engineers and may include subcontractors.-Coordinate resources and processes to achieve engagement work plans.-Manage client expectations; monitor and report project performance against milestones.-Provide leadership to team members; elicit maximum quality, productivity and effectiveness from team members.-Conduct engagement performance assessments.-Communicate effectively with Oracle and client senior management, project team members, other Oracle staff, 3rd party consultants and client.-Work with other Oracle Project Consultants to share resources to meet services and utilization demands.Identify future license and services opportunities.

• Truck Unloading/Loading, Product Loading In Customer Cars.• Inventory Control by Physical Counts, Internal Shrink, External Shrink, Out Source Shrink. • Maintain and set store promo signage/product.• Profit/Loss Management • Maintain POS System, Printers, Networks• Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware issues, virus removal, Os Reinstall, create and record all services performed.• Configure and setup up all customer computers(new or old) to their specifications what every they may need• Maintain a world class team of over 40 associates thru training, development, team work, and one on one coaching’s.• Resolve Issues that may arise during the work day in a orderly and timely fashion• Deal with Customer Service Concerns/Problems/Issues/complaints.
