The award-winning Foundation supports and champions the social care sector, care workers and those living in care through its four grant streams. Jonathan was also Group Sustainability Director of leading specialist care and education provider CareTech, the first holder of this role for the company and, indeed, the UK social care sector. Jonathan developed CareTech’s CARE4 Sustainability Strategy, by which the company will continue to deliver its powerful social purpose and create value for all stakeholders by managing its business effectively, ethically and profitably. Jonathan was Founder Chair of the Social Care Sustainability Alliance and Vice-Chair of Championing Social Care.Jonathan was previously Managing Director of Mosaic, the then HRH The Prince of Wales’s mentoring charitable initiative, and before that a member of the UK Government’s Senior Civil Service. Jonathan is also Managing Director of Earlsbrook Consulting, providing strategic consultancy support to corporates, charities and philanthropists.
