I currently work as the sole UK & NI National Sales Executive specializing in Epos solutions to independent and national retailers. Day-to-day I build an in-depth understanding of my existing and potential customer requirements within the retail sector. My clients range from small independent retailers to national retailers such as Costcutter, Nisa, Premier, Spar and Best One.I organise and lead the delivery of exhibitions throughout the UK and pro-actively provide both on-site demonstrations and additional training. Furthermore I manage the installation and training teams to ensure customer service is exceeded at all times. I provide personal support to clients should trouble-shooting be required. Not dissimilar to my current role today but with extensive online research, and via quantity surveyors and architects to pro-actively generate leads and grow the business. I built and retain today some excellent customer relationships and once again have demonstrable achievements of exceeding sales targets.

I successfully planned and implemented a new embroidery department for the company that was historically recognized only as a manufacturer of yarn. This was a strategic move to produce products in-house with individual embroidery branding. I sourced and implemented new hardware, recruited and trained the new office and sales teams. In under eighteen months I established the new function, built-up a strong client database that exceeded £250k turnover per annum.

In addition to the sales remit I managed the office that covered staff payroll and a broad range of other administrative duties. I created designs using specialized software and Microsoft Office.
