"What are you focusing on? How can I help?"My purpose comes alive through working with others on common goals. There's no better accomplishment than leading a team to success through strong relationships and positive workplace culture. I focus on creating and leveraging relationships and applying my own unique skillsets to serve clients, team members, and leaders within my organization. In my current role, I enjoy operation management, problem solving, and leadership opportunities in pressure situations that require me or my team to execute a game plan within a deadline. Solving problems quickly and rationally with a focus on customer service or student experience is a strength. I also very much enjoy finding unique ways to bring my personal skillset to my job, such as video/media production, digital marketing, humor, and positive energy. Above all, I believe my purpose is to multiply the number of leaders and the strength of our leaders within our organization. I love spending time with my family and pursuing passions that require me to learn a new skill or mindset that will benefit myself or my network. I will find a way to learn anything if I am curious about it.
