Established an online store for the promotion and sales of lifestyle products, leveraging on social media marketing for sales. This move was to allow me to gain experience in consumer behavior, social media engagement, basics of business management, supply chain, customer service as well as business-enabling technologies.Researched many products to find untapped segments of the market. Analysed data provided through Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising to develop plans to target responsive audience and explore potential markets.

1) Workplan Development- Charted out the key deliverables for the Command Workplan over the next two workyears,taking into consideration the higher HQ objectives, and the workload and resources available. - Led a team of eight identified talents and mentored them throughout the process. - Organised and planned for the Command retreat for discussion at the senior management level.2) Doctrine and Concept Development- Spearheaded new areas of development for the Command to meet higher organisational objectives, understanding and incorporating the various new capabilities, potential challenges and proposed solutions.

1) Doctrine and Concept Development- Developed the new systems requirements, concept of operations, and the phasing-in plans.2) Project Management- Oversaw the development of a project, and was appointed as project lead to showcase the system for the first time during an overseas exercise as it required strong leadership and extensive knowledge on the system. Managed over 30 troops and 7 contractors under a tight schedule while meeting both the exercise’s and project’s objectives.3) Safety Management- Managed the safety programmes at the Group-level and streamlined the efforts at the Unit-level for greater efficiency and reducing unnecessary workload.- Conducted ad-hoc safety checks to ensure compliance and effective education and dissemination.4) Operations Planning and Execution- Managed the day-to-day operations and duty manning for the Group, and chaired daily operations briefs in the absence of superiors.

1) Operations and Training- Led and train 27 men consisting of officers, specialists and men to achieve successful mission outcomes for various operations and managed their discipline, morale and welfare.2) National-Level Event- Organised National Day Parade (NDP) in 2012, involved in developing plans and overseeing the execution for the Parade segment, which required the management and coordination with more than 40 internal and external agencies.3) Operational Planning and Execution- Conducted an overseas live-firing exercise which required the effective management of troops and their morale for optimal performance under dynamic and high-stress environment. Achieved a successful exercise while managing the various administrative, logistics and safety aspects.

1) Production Control and Monitoring- Assisted my supervisor in the monitoring of the overall production efficiency of the facilities and working with other engineers and technicians on-site.2) Cost-Saving Project- Engaged in a cost-savings project to look at the reuse of materials which would otherwise be wasted, which also involved working with external contractors.
