Using commodity tools and custom written software, I’ve assumed ownership of an expanding infrastructure environment supporting global 3D printer use/sales and a growing environment of hobbyists.

As the lead infrastructure architect, I manage a small team tasked with supporting the technolo-gies that drive the backend side of the business. As a startup, my main responsibilities were to build a completely redundant, global scale backend that had to ability to scale infinitely to sup-port a front end mobile app. As of 12/2015, we are serving over 60 million requests per day with an average latency of 6ms per request.
