The CPL Fellowship 2024 is a 10-month, part-time, online program focused on nine areas including Economy, Politics, Social and Urban Policy, and Foreign Policy. The curriculum aims to develop skills in negotiation, design thinking, advocacy, decision-making, leadership, communication, and writing.Completing this fellowship, I learned about public policy and developed skills through a varied curriculum, group discussions, mentorship, and practical assignments. These experiences improved my policy-making understanding and skills in communication, leadership, and decision-making.A significant benefit of the CPL Fellowship was building a network with professionals and mentors across fields. This network has broadened my perspective and opened new opportunities. Looking forward, I plan to use the knowledge and skills from the fellowship in my career and maintain my network for future public policy opportunities.
