As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Direction Générale des Impôts RDC, I lead the strategic planning and implementation of cybersecurity policies and solutions for the tax administration of the Democratic Republic of Congo. I work with various stakeholders, including the IT department, the management team, and external partners, to ensure the protection and compliance of the digital assets and data of the organization.I have a master's degree in Business Informatics from Riga Technical University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in digital transformation, business intelligence, and data analysis. I also have a bachelor's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Beihang University, and a certificate in Cybersecurity and Internet of Things from the University System of Georgia. Additionally, I completed a short course in Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security at the African Institute of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security.Prior to joining Direction Générale des Impôts RDC, I was an IT, Cybersecurity and Blockchain Consultant at World Elite Consulting, where I helped public and private sector clients to use the right technology for strategic growth solutions and avoid the most risky situations. I designed, developed, and secured various web platforms and applications, using my technical support, web design, and computer networking skills. I also have experience as the Chairman of ANEMONE, a tech startup that aims to empower businesses to achieve their growth and scaling goals through innovative platforms and services.I am passionate about building and securing platforms that leverage the power of technology to solve real-world problems and create positive impact. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams. My goal is to become a leader and a mentor in the field of cybersecurity and digital transformation, and to contribute to the development and security of the digital economy in Africa and beyond.
