  - Providing assistance to customers in person, over the phone, or via email to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns related to currency exchange services.- Conducting currency exchange transactions for customers, ensuring accuracy in rates and amounts, and adhering to the exchange house's policies and procedures.- Accurately processing financial transactions, which may include buying and selling foreign currencies, traveler's checks, money orders, or processing wire transfers.- Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations related to currency exchange, anti-money laundering (AML), and know your customer (KYC) procedures.- Providing customers with up-to-date information on exchange rates, fees, and charges, and explaining any associated costs or commissions.- Verifying the authenticity of customer identification documents and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate.- Resolving customer complaints and disputes effectively and professionally, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.- Adhering to security protocols to protect against fraud, theft, and unauthorized access to financial assets.- Managing the inventory of various foreign currencies and ensuring that adequate supplies are available for customer transactions.- Compiling and generating reports on daily, weekly, and monthly transaction volumes, revenues, and customer feedback for management review.- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in exchange rates and participating in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.- Collaborating with colleagues and other departments within the exchange house to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.- Being prepared to handle emergency situations, such as equipment failures or unexpected changes in exchange rates, to minimize disruptions in service.
