I am a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering experienced in designing Biomedical Instrumentation, Embedded systems and teaching.Have worked on two DST funded projects as mentioned below,1. Interfaced Syringe pump and Cardiac output monitor with Computer through RS232 protocol using labview. This was to regulate Syringe pump for delivering appropriate amount of Vasodilator and Vasopressor drugs during Cardiac surgery based on the vital parameters recieved from Multiparameter monitor and Cardiac output monitor. 2. Programmed a semi automatic batch chemistry analyzer for testing multiple blood samples simultaneously. Visual basic programming was used for creating user interface and embedded C programming was used to control the robotic arms and optical units. Possess extensive experience in training and teaching Engineering students on MSP430 SoC, PIC Microcontrollers, Application of IoT for diagnosis and therapy, Biomaterials, Application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning in Medical field.Implementing innovative teaching pedagogies in class based on Design thinking based approach- Role play, Demo model creation, Group Discussion, Miniprojects, Quiz and puzzles. Gained managing and Organizing skills by organising various seminars, workshops, cultural activities for the benefit of students.Applied Recurrent Neural Network to the Kalman filter for bring out the non linearity in it for the extraction of Fetal ECG from Non invasive abdominal recordings and published my research in Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy systems. This is also my PhD topic.Have working knowledge of MATLAB for signal and image processing applications. Through my teaching experience, apart from imparting technical knowledge to the students, I have learnt the ways of mentoring them for physical and mental well-being.As I am working in the field of Biomedical Engineering which is interdisciplinary in nature, I am always ready to explore different areas of engineering to achieve my tasks given at work and to make myself available to work in various fields.
