Part of the Microsoft Consumer Sales Organization team responsible for measuring marketing campaign effectiveness, I lead the executive level Quarterly Reporting Pack production with analysis of marketing spend data and coordinating global marketing leaders' explanations of results. I am responsible for collecting global marketing team and finance's requirements for the central marketing spend reporting tool and providing a structured method of prioritizing and tracking their progress. I started a multi-team data governance initiative to align multiple Consumer Sales Organization teams' data collection and reporting efforts.
