Turnitin acquired Unicheck in 2020. I have pioneered to make initial customer research for the 'old' iThenticate product (a plagiarism checker for Academic publishers with 20+ years of history) to understand key personas and their requirements for the product. During this process, I've interviewed multiple key stakeholders from Turnitin Sales organisation (mostly Directors), a key iThenticate partner (Crossref), and multiple customers in the EU. I've presented the findings in a structured 15-min read report for the Product Owner and Business Owner. Also, I've documented and ranked over 30+ feature requests after initial beta testing.

Worked with #1 strategic customer of Unicheck (an online University in top #3 by enrollment size in US) to develop relationship, communicate Unicheck product updates as well as record and analyze requirements. This communication had single biggest impact on Unicheck product (both back-end and front-end as I've had bi-weekly calls with a customer for almost 3 years). Up to 20% of roadmap features came out of this communication, and tons of bugs were fixed.

On a Product Integration Manager position, I've worked with 10+ LMS platforms: Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Sakai, Brightspace, Moodlerooms, Populi etc. (managed Unicheck LTI apps, plugins, API). Served as a POC with LMS vendors to keep the relationship, develop the integrations, escalated bugs, request improvements etc. I provided consultations to sales, marketing teams (product demo, faq, technical questions, solving use-uses, assisted with product consultations on important calls). I prepared product documentation, feature descriptions, comparisons tables, FAQs etc. Provided internal trainings for sales, marketing and newcomers. Provided many product trainings directly to customers. Worked with tender manager to complete RFPs.
