Lance Rogers is the Director of Logistics Information Services at Caterpillar. He oversees a global team of approximately 800 IT professionals. The team provides 24x7 IT services to 7,500 personnel located in over 50 logistics facilities throughout the world. His organization is accountable for global supply chain logistics solutions. Lance previously served as an IT Division Manager for various divisions at Caterpillar. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Lance worked for Andersen Consulting [Accenture] in support of its logistics’ practice. Lance graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Robert G. Bone Scholar from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science and French. He received a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) Magna Cum Laude from Bradley University. Lance holds a certificate with honorable mention from L’Université Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France for his studies at the International Center for French Studies.
