Responsible for strategic maintenance planning for all heavy maintenance events. Assist as required for off-site support and drop-in maintenance events. Provide regular analytical support related to the strategic plan such as resource requirements by skill by day, revenue projections, and profitability projections. Indicate and manage risk accordingly as a member of the senior leadership team.Additional responsibilities include: maintenance planning team, continuous improvement team, local IT liaison support, quarterly business reviews, commercial and operational analytical support, RFP and RFQ responses, key performance indicators, and other various activities as required. All part of a leadership position in an agile, growing team, locally responsible for producing >$100m per year in revenue safely and with quality.

Also team lead for production control members.Within the commercial cell, responsible for customer strategic interface and regularly attend quarterly business reviews. Prepare information required to answer RFPs and RFQs. Also prepare company analytics for key performance indicators, as well as cost, resource and revenue projections.Work closely with VP Operations and production managers, including quality control, during plan execution and adjust as necessary.Refine business processes and procedures, through companies internal improving program, P3E, within commercial and planning groups.

Provide commercial and operational support by defining project goals, planning, ensuring milestones are met, and monitoring and providing direction by coordinating efforts with administration and the reallocation of resources when necessary to boost efficiency and cut costs. Administrative duties may include; project analysis for productivity and quality key performance indicators. Additionally, monitoring and providing direction for in-dock maintenance by monitoring milestone accomplishment through critical chain management; theory of constraints method management. All of which is preceded by commercial analytical support when necessary, and check pre-planning to properly define goals and milestones.

Responsible for the safety of crew, the quality of the product and on-time delivery of aircraft in a heavy maintenance environment on drop-in events, by following repair station procedures and company policies.• Partner in the management of $5M-$10M in annual aircraft maintenance revenue services of E-jet family aircraft.• Interfaced between various departments, including: Engineering, Commercial, and Planning. Also interfaced with the airline representatives to ensure good maintenance planning and execution.• Assigned projects typically range from 200-320 required labor hours per day.• Engaged in continuous improvement through the Embraer Enterprise Excellence Program by participating in the Quality Clinic and Kaizen Projects.
