I'm a purpose-driven leader and management consultant specialising in changing mindsets and behaviour, to enable strategy and business transformation. I’m passionate about using evidence based approaches (psychology, sociology, anthropology, behavioural science and experience) to change the way we work together. When we do this effectively we improve people's working lives and unlock exponential business and societal value, while managing the risks of harming people, the environment and the business. As an Organisational Psychologist, culture specialist and leadership coach, I work closely with senior leadership to design and implement strategic change, strengthen tone from the top, and develop leaders to lead change from within.
