I was actively involved in the standardisation and compliance to policies, standard operating procedures while supporting cross-pollination of best practices. I audited key processes, optimised workflows, improved the organisational culture and implemented quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. I identified and introduced new Key Performance Indicators, optimised the planning function, coached senior managers, and facilitated various departments.I provided strong leadership, communication, technology and business skills to coordinate, facilitate, and deploy institutionalised solutions and Sigma methodology. I developed failure reporting, analysis and corrective action systems to help companies focus on the key losses to their business.
