Fixura is one of the the largest peer-to-peer lending companies in the Nordic region and the first in Finland. I established the Swedish subsidiary from scratch including market research, finding and evaluating local business partners, with full budget responsibility. I was the intermediate between the new market, the management team and the IT department to develop the services to fit the market needs. I also headed the application process of getting a license to be under the supervision of the Swedish FSA. Also headed two TEKES applications, one for the internationalization phase and one for the NIY program (Young Innovative Company). Both applications were granted.

Consulting company focusing on strategic consulting and market development on the Nordic market. All assignments were concentrated on internationalization or developing services to new target groups.

Heading the Corporate Client Group responsible for all listed companies in Finland. P&L accountability and responsible for all sales and marketing activities towards our listed companies and prospects for listing on the markets in Helsinki. I was member of the Nordic Management team and the Finnish listing committee. During this time, I took the initiative and was the driver behind the launch of Shareholder.com services on the Nordic market.

Manager for the Nordic sales team and responsable for the sales development of the newly introduced communications platform for listed companies on the Nordic Exchange.My team was stationed in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. During the first year with the service on the market, we obtained over 50 % market share and the highest customer satisfaction index within the group.

Worked as a senior consultant giving advice to top management and board of directors in corporate communications. Was also the project manager and had the responsibility of developing communication plans, creating corporate content for web, annual reports and press releases. I was also building up the business area of providing IR and financial services to our customers.

Hugin was a service provider within the financial industry and is now part of Nasdaq. I was responsible for the marketing activities when Hugin launched a whole new product range in the Nordic Region. This included planning, executing and follow up of an international marketing campaign. I was also part of the management team.
