Fixura is one of the the largest peer-to-peer lending companies in the Nordic region and the first in Finland. I established the Swedish subsidiary from scratch including market research, finding and evaluating local business partners, with full budget responsibility. I was the intermediate between the new market, the management team and the IT department.
