It's my privilege, as a lead manager, to work with my team and volunteers, to share that message with more people throughout Chicagoland. Through strategic events and area partnerships, we connect with our listeners in meaningful ways, invite new ones, and encourage the community in a lifestyle of service.In my role, I:-Led a teammate, and 60-person strong volunteer pool, in the purpose and goals of the Events Department: To engage with our listeners, connect through events, and establish our brand in the community.-Led by example in brand alignment for ministry and office goals, in the network's 3rd largest market.-Executed meaningful, informed, market-wide event activations with major Chicago production companies, nationwide-touring artist concerts, and strategic community events.-Developed relationships with both for-profit, and non-profit organizations that were aligned with mission, values, and ensuring the best promotional ROI.-Ensured excellent service and execution of all on-air and online promotion for concerts and events in a 6-State regional coverage.-Set the tone for the office in meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual goals-Managed local Instagram accounts for both K-LOVE and Air1 market presence- creating visual content, caption writing, and engagement with followers.-Kept a proactive attitude of learning, growth, sharing of ideas and resources with our national team to encourage their success and leadership development.Area and National Partners include:Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, City of ChicagoWorld Vision, ChicagoChicago Special Events ManagementSalvation Army, Metro ChicagoChicago Housing AuthorityHabitat For HumanityAwakening EventsPremier ProductionsTransparent ProductionsFeed My Starving ChildrenLocal Park Districts
