After successful developing and delivering with new level of Insights for senior management, I was given the approval to build a UK Business Insights team and recruit two additional people. I oversaw this expansion and our team was fully formed by Feb 2021. After 3 years working in the technical support team, I moved into a data role as part of the Operational Improvement team in Tesco Maintenance.𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬✪Introduced new Weekly Operations Report to drive performance and highlight areas of the business that were not meeting Target✪Development of Weekly and periodic Insight packs for Senior leadership whilst providing them with trending data and root cause analysis✪The responsibilities of LOLER inspections moved in house so we worked closely with the compliance team to introduce comprehensive Compliance Reporting

I moved to England in 2016 after I found brilliant opportunity at Tesco Maintenance as a Security Service Support Engineer. This role was to support the field engineers with technical support and advice as required as well as supporting the business with security projects𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬✪ Technical Support to 38+ technicians for CCTV, Checkouts and Cash Conveyance✪ Support for Security related projects for Tesco Maintenance such as the Parts Project were I was able to substantially reduced parts costs and introduced consistency in terms of the components we used. ✪ Implemented GDPR Compliance by making sure it was understood and followed across the teams by developing guides for our security technicians. ✪ Constant review KPIs to ensuring our Critical Asset Availability stayed on Target
