CurrentSpecial Projects:Bring accounting functions in house eliminating the need for outside accounting services.Clean-up Family Billing and track services/payments so records can be relied upon for forecasting and audit purposes.Find and engage new Payroll processor to decrease costs and increase user access.Primary responsibilities include development, coordination, implementation, supervision and maintenance of financial records and accounting procedures of the Agency and preparation of necessary financial and tax reports. Responsible for safeguarding the agency’s property and assets by implementing risk analysis and fraud prevention measures. Participate in the Agency planning process, serving on the management team. Implement planning appropriately as relates to the different program areas. Act as a liaison to, and resource for information for, various government funding sources.
