Serves on the training committee. Interviews, makes recommendations for hire and provides training opportunities for all staff directly supervised. Train and supervise the Accounting Assistant, Systems Administrator and Human Resource Manager. Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the agency’s affirmative action plan. Responsible for implementation of UCP’s compliance with HIPAA as it relates to the completion of business associate agreements. Provide for efficient and effective technology upgrades and schedule training to allow the agency to remain competitive, while maintaining technology costs at a reasonable level.
