1) Project initiation:- Received project handed over from sales department and study on project requirement for specification, timeline, and costing.2) Project Planning: - Prepare project schedule and project costing.- Invite sub-contractors for lift installation price negotiations. - Liaise with supplier to ensure timely delivery of lift material to site.3) Project execution: - Site inspection to ensure dimensions of lift shaft is constructed as per approved drawings before lift shaft handover.- Attend meeting and joint inspection with main contractors, consultant and client to resolve any issue arise from site.- Site coordination for material delivery and lift installation. - Liaise with technical department for any drawing or specification changes.- Site monitoring and prepare weekly progress report.- Liaise with testing department for lift start up and lift testing process.- Arrange for Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) for lift inspection.- Rectify any defect/comment from DOSH inspector and submit rectification report.- Attend for Bomba inspection to ensure lift installed can function accordingly during emergency.- Submit monthly project claim to client.- Collect monthly project payment from client.4) Project handover:- Compile and submit all relevant document for client, main contractor, and consultant.- Provide on site training for client.- Joint inspection with quality department before project handover to maintenance department.Main Projects:1) ARTE Mont Kiara (64 Floors)- Installation of 18 unit lifts.2) Rianna South (23 Floors)- Installation of 10 unit lifts.3) Sungai Besi Police Quarters (23 Floors)- Installation of 3 unit lifts.4) International Youth Centre (6 Floors)- Installation of 1 unit lift.5) Home lift installation in bungalows (3 Floors)

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCES:1) Project initiation – M&E facilities.2) Production & Maintenance coordinator – Coordinate and arrange shutdown works, for both outsourced contractors and in-house maintenance crews.3) Project planning - Prepare Bills of Quantity and budget papers, propose concept layouts, invite bidders for tender exercises, prepare Letter of Award.4) Project execution -Prepare monitoring checklist, prepare drawings and materials submission checklist, prepare master schedule, arrange meeting with contractors, site coordination and monitoring.5) Project completion - Testing & Commissioning Buy-Off report, maintenance service schedule, obtain local authorities approval for heavy industrial equipment, prepare payment memo.
