In my role, I:• Create, evaluate and design onboarding programs • Partner closely with the Global Recruiting Team to execute operational goals, ensure effective and efficient operations, maintain high standards for service and operational excellence, help to define best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement• Lead and support projects from idea to execution in an effort to scale and operationalize Workday trainings across the TA Team.• Partner with the HR Technology leader and team to ensure alignment with initiatives across the TA team. • Provide input from a TA perspective on all WD upgrades, enhancements, patches, etc.• Identify gaps based on support tickets and questions from office hours and SME's in an effort to better inform trainings• Create job aids, coordinate updates with TA Playbook and TA Onboarding site• Help educate and drive greater awareness around Talent Acquisition Workday best practices.• Play a critical role in being a trusted thought leader, business strategist and influencer• Serve as a strategic thought partner within the Global Recruiting Team, TA Center Of Excellence, leaders, and business stakeholders keeping all informed and engaged in Workday initiatives.
