I owned and managed the team behind ALTR's Product-Led Growth strategy and execution, including persona research, packaging, pricing (including our Free plan), and supporting content. We succeeded by working across teams to build PLG competencies, using data to measure and report on our progress, and iterating to constantly improve. I spent much of the early days at ALTR building out our teams and processes, including the evaluation and purchase of much of the software we use, along with being highly involved in our PCI and SOC 2 Type II certifications.

At Dash, the electronic broker-dealer, I was responsible for building out multiple teams and processes across departments (including IT, HR, and Customer Success). I worked closely with the executive team on executing new strategic initiatives, and was responsible for building an onboarding process that allowed us to scale the number of concurrent customers our onboarding team could support at a time.
