I will break my duties into three parts. 1. IT: Systems administration, VPN, VOIP PBX Administration, MSSQL administration, premises access systems, IP Surveillance, Hyper-V, and VEEAM tape backup. Also trade-show's and events IT support.2. Implementation Manager: Deployment of our software technologies to new and existing customers by means of local installation, remote installation, and building a custom installation package. These duties also include maintaining digital asset distribution and system reporting. Working with developers to ensure feature requests and bugs are handled correctly. Building customer relationships and effectively communicating with clients from the design stage through implementation and customer support.3: Project and Customer Management: Meeting the needs of our customers and making sure others in the organization follow existing guidelines and expectations. Continue customer relations to build strong ties with our business models, and to support the customer with new technologies and software upgrades.

Manage the Parts department with ordering spare pieces for repairing equipment. Also, working with customers VIA Online/Phone/Local support for repairs. This was a fun job and I gained some useful phone and customer experience. Equipment installations and repairs over the phone and walking customers with little to no knowledge how to effectively solve some pretty in-depth problems. Equipment ranged from Currency counters, shrink wrap machines, heavy duty paper cutters, NSA Grade paper shredders, mass paper folders, paper folder insert machines (The ones that fold the papers and insert them into an envelope for all those mass amounts of advertisements you get in the mail :). The sales department relied heavily on the service department for helping prospective customers gain the technical knowledge they desired before making a large purchase.
