SOM, the largest architectural design firm in the world, hired me to produce a large number of highly detailed scale models which effectively and in great detail presented their visionary international designs. I met tight deadlines, often building multiple scaled models of the same project, as well as supervised work being built in other model shops across Manhattan.

Rockefeller Center wished to celebrate its fiftieth anniversary with a major permanent exhibition. They commissioned me to singularly research its history . I was given total access to the private libraries inside the family’s Tarrytown estate as well as the vast files inside Rockefeller Center. Plus I restored the original scale model of Rockefeller Center.

‘The Muppets’ required my specialized skills to complete several projects including designing and building a very large theatrical POP inside the famous FAO Schwarz toy store that offered a wondrous experiential Muppet environment, creating varied 3D displays that traveled the world, sets for Muppet movies, and a Kermit the Frog telephone.

Tiffany Jewelers commissioned me to design and build five intricately detailed beautiful miniature 3D settings that were prominently displayed inside the store's famous “Tiffany Windows” facing Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue & 57th Street. My original models served as colorful luxuriously detailed settings for very expensive Tiffany jewelry designs.

Douglas Leigh hired me to design and build a truly beautiful 3-Dimensional self-illuminating scale model display which I personally presented inside the third floor boardroom of Tiffany Jewelers. The design was of 'falling snow' made entirely out of lights, surrounding a giant illuminated ‘snow flake’. Attending the meeting was the Director of Tiffany Jewelers, Mr. Goodman of Bergdorf- Goodman, and several others, who excitedly approved my design, based on my model, which has now become a very famous seasonal lighting “spectacular” that suspends above New York's Fifth Avenue & 57th Street each winter holiday season.
