 Lead WASH sector at the camp level including coordination meetings and follow-up on action points provided IPs for the WASH intervention. Conduct WASH coordination meetings at the camp level & Coordinate WASH partners during WASH activities in the Camp.  Liaise with government counterparts (UN, RRRC), SMS agencies, protection, and other relevant sectors to operate the WaSH programme. Submit regular weekly and monthly reports to the funding agency & Liaise between humanitarian service providers and other actors and review.  Routinely monitor all aspects of WASH and informed the WASH Executive/donor of all partners and agencies working in their respective camps.  Lead the Rapid Response activities during emergencies and coordinated with external and internal support units i.e. cooperating partners, CIC, UNICEF, UNHCR, SMS, and different Government counterpart. Mainstreaming and environmental protection, accountability, gender, disability in WASH. Take full responsibility to ensure & implement the regular operation and maintenance done by the WASH implementing agencies. Analyze the WASH gaps or overlaps in relation to WASH sector standards and the donor keeps updated with the WASH sector & informed of progress and any issues at the camps.

 Support other sectors to identify locations and scale up their activities and ensure all services for the beneficiaries.  Establish and maintain coordination amongst the camp actors, including government representatives, UN agencies and Community groups, I/NGOs, and ensure biweekly sector/CIC coordination meetings at the camp level. Organize and coordinate capacity-building initiatives for community groups, safety unit volunteers, Site Management Support volunteers on emergency preparedness and response. And provide weekly reports and update tools of programme. Support the CM team in the development and work closely with the camp governance committee and ensure good camp governance. Ensure quality and timely implementation of community-led projects, information desk, CFRM the info boards are continuously updated and the populations have equal access to the CRFM mechanism specific focus on women and youth participation. Assist in monitoring camp activities and overall day-to-day management with collaboration with partners, items distribution & in coordination with the government security apparatus, police, camp administration, and the refugee community to ensure the security & safety of refugees. Ensure smooth communication, project implementation and all activities respect national and international standards and laws for each sector.

 Assist in the overall day-to-day management of DRC’s camp coordination activities. Assessing the incidents and needs of the community, Reporting incidents and findings to the SMS TL, and support in the camp level response. Coordinating capacity-building activities for the community-based volunteers. Coordinating the relocation of Households from the camp to other safer locations in collaboration with the protection team and UNHCR staff. Assist in establishing and maintaining coordination amongst the camp actors, including government representatives, UN agencies, international NGOs and national NGOs, and other service providers and refugee groups. Organize and coordinate capacity-building initiatives for community groups, safety unit volunteers, and SMS volunteers on emergency preparedness and response. Assist in working with Protection, Shelter & Site Operation teams in the development of key relationships with camp and government leaders to ensure smooth communication, activity implementation, data collection, and community outreach. Assist in monitoring the distribution of all items in the camp to ensure that minimum standards and operating procedures are respected and applied. Support the SMS TL and the CS team in the elections and/or selection of the camp governance committee.

 Ensure community groups are engaged in the camp coordination mechanisms and organize meetings between service providers and the community groups to share concerns, suggest solutions, and prioritize interventions or areas based on needs. Lead the camp blocks committees' elections/selections including community consultations, block meetings, nominations, and elections.  Support the groups to implement community-led projects. Train and support the block committees in coordination with the community volunteers to conduct regular service monitoring activities and report to the camp committee, CiC, SMS agency and service providers. Develop and support representative committees and community groups and Train, mentor, and support community groups to take leadership on activities and representative committees. Ensure the camp committees are engaged with the community groups to discuss community-level issues.
