I think I was born with real estate in my blood. I bought my first house when I was 19 years old and by age 25 I had accumulated over 100 rental units, was managing another 50 units for other clients, and had a full-time staff of over 25 people. That was over 30 years ago and while I have done a lot of other things outside of real estate since then, my true passion and interest has always been in real estate. One of the most rewarding aspects of my real estate experience has been sharing my knowledge with other people and watching them experience financial success and freedom through real estate investing.In 2012 I formed Realty Solutions Inc. with the intent of teaching others how to successfully invest in real estate and create generational wealth for themselves and their families. My experiences as a real estate investor, and broker and as a former financial planner/ investment specialist and wealth manager for high net worth clients has given me valuable experience and insight into these two traditionally separate worlds. Through my broad experience I'm able to provide access to a variety of resources and solutions that enable our clients to make informed decisions about buying, managing, and selling their real estate investments.Honesty and integrity are two of the cornerstones of my life and my business.
