ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESKnowledge of handling equipment's such as Process vessel, Reactor(SSR&GLR), Centrifuge, Pressure Nutsche filter, Driers, size reduction equipment's and packing system.Working in ISO-8, ISO-7 and API Production.✔ Follow the standard operating procedures.Adherence to cGMP and follow guidelines to execution of batch processes.Maintain the online documentation as per written procedure.Carryout batch process as per BPR without deviation.Following cGMP documentation like BPR reviews, trainings.Operation of Distributed control system (DCS) & ΗΜΙ.Ensuring safety regulations in plant operations.+Following 5S, ALCOA+ principles.+ Raise and receive the RAW MATERIAL INDENT AND ISSUE VOUCHERS to WHERE HOUSE and check them for batch charging.Calibration of pH meter and weighing balance.Monitoring of room temperature, relative humidity and room differential pressure.✔ Production Planning, ensuring that the batches are produced as per plan and meeting the dispatch targets.Handover of completed BMRS TO QA.+ Plan daily production activities in the Production Blocks
