At Envision Mobile (Pvt) Ltd. I have worked on following projects: EMP: Envision Mobile Platform is a Product of Envision Mobile Pvt. Ltd. That is developed as Server Backend for Mobile application for Content, user and Localization text management along with Push campaigns and other configurations management for different mobile app platforms. 3SI: was developed as a Windows-based field services app. 3SI FSRs generate and submit Customer Surveys, Robbery Reports and Customer Calls of 3SI clients to 3SI central system for processing and record keeping. CAA: was developed as a web-based application for the Canadian Automobile Association (it includes CAA Phase1, Phase2, Phase3, iPad & Web versions and CAA Roadside Assistance Project); it was developed for customer services and travel guidance along with emergency help services. Later on we developed Mobile Apps (Android, iPhone, Blackberry) of this application in next phases. Club Auto: This Mobile App was developed for KIA, Hyundai and AUDI on Android, iPhone and Blackberry to support their users and let them update via push messages. The users were able to know all about their vehicles through this app, once they are registered.My key responsibilities are Testing Web and Mobile Applications and QA/QC activities like:• Understanding Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications, Technical Specification, other base-line documents for domain/business understanding.• Test planning (Test Plans and Schedules), designing (Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts), Test Trace-ability matrix (Requirements to Test-Cases) and Dependency matrices (GUI to GUI and GUI to Use-Case), Test Case execution and defect reporting.• Performing different types of testing techniques such as Black-box, White-box, Functionality, DB, Ad-Hoc, Sanity, Integration, System, Regression, GUI Consistency, Performance & Load testing and cross browser testing.• Team management and Support & coordination activities.

MAJOR PROJECT: Customer Information and Billing System (CIBS) for LESCO: CIBS is an ERP and CRM application developed using COMPIERE (Java and ORACLE) that provides Enterprise wide automation from meter reading to bill printing process.RESPONSIBILITIES: I was responsible of monitoring and performing Development and QA/Testing activities on different modules of CIBS i.e. Customer Services, Customer Updates, Meter Updates, Line Losses and Tripping, Cash Adjustments, Customer Metering and some other modules. Development and support of a complete CIBS application as Stand Alone application for the revenue offices in other districts where network connectivity was not available. Development of different organizational reports using iReports (jasper reports). Training 500 employees of LESCO regarding usage and implementation of CIBS. OTHER PROJECTS: I have designed & developed a School/College Management System Application. This application was designed to manage Students Registration, Attendance, Fee, Exams, Staff Salaries & Attendance management and Reports generation for all levels. I have designed & developed a Point of Sale and Inventory Management system that can be used in a Pharmacy, Garments Store and Bakery etc. This application can manage inventory and stocks. The system also generates daily, weekly and monthly sales and purchases reports along with different other inventory reports. I have designed & developed a Hospital Management System for the management of Patients Records, patient’s history and Lab Reports locally available to each concerned Doctor on intranet within the hospital according to his specific assigned role. Experience of development and support of different Web Applications developed in php and mySQL.
