Political researcher with experience supporting politicians on strategic communications and various aspects of policy and research. I take a particular interest in history and how a better understanding of the past can allow for a far more effective engagement with modern politics. I have also been privileged to assist in the writing of several political history books, most notably a biography of Ernest Bevin by Andrew Adonis, which was a modest success. Prior to working in politics and policy, I was a playwright and still actively enjoy creative writing.
