CurrentLead a weekly staff of 20 and hundreds of subscribers from all over North America through a 4-hour live show that consists of subscriber and guest interviews, and artist performances.Over the course of the 100+ live broadcasts, over 70,000 subscribers and over 100 artists/guests have attended the Music Row Happy Hour. Coordinate with SiriusXM, Pandora, and artist/guest management to ensure overall sequence of appearance in studio or from the live venue.Prepare relative and up-to-date information for the host prior to interviews and performances to improve on-air content and maximize conversation with the artist/guest in the studio or during a live show. Edit conversation/performances into multiple clips with the most relevant clips to be used on air and to use all clips in an on demand capacity that is searchable on the SiriusXM application on all compatible devices and desktop players.Create social media assets in the form of pictures and video for a visual representation of an audio medium and to inform subscribers of giveaways, subscriber only events, and upcoming relevant programming.Strategize with SiriusXM brand marketing and social media teams, and other channel producers to effectively maximize clicks, views, and comments.Prepare for Friday’s live show to enhance the day of productivity by preparing the log, coordinating with record labels/talent management for interview/performance requirements, and communicating the run of show with personnel from the venue and SiriusXM. Vet individuals/groups of subscribers to be interviewed throughout the show to create a higher quality show on air and in the room.
