On this role I am in charge to deliver successful offer marketing plan (trends, USP, pricing, assets for the audience, performance & budget) working with Global Tech Practice team of Akkodis. Part of my responsibilities require me to:• Analyze the market for the given scope of responsibility: evaluate the trends and market competitiveness• Define the MarCom plan, relative performance for respective scope, package offering of Akkodis offering / services in all the front office tools and processes, develop the business case for new & innovative offers to be created, work with the internal team and ecosystem to finalize the offering framework• Gather best practices for launch in all the targeted geography, ensure deployment• Deploy the marketing plan with the respective teams (including Coms & Digital Marketing), animate the local champions community

On this role I plan and develop the B2B positioning strategy for the biggest global delivery centre of Modis located in Bulgaria and delivering IT & Tech solutions. Part of my key responsibilities include:- Managing partnerships with local and international industry & business associations- Implement the content strategy and write content for external and internal media and communication channels- Support the management of owned digital channels- Plan and lead the company presence on B2B events & conferences both locally and internationally- Promote our services and solutions across popular B2B channels (social media, lead generation platforms, etc.) - Plan and lead brand positioning and sales promotion digital campaigns (CPC; Email; Lead Generation)- Plan and execute local media positioning strategy for our business offerings - Support the personal branding process for our senior managers and business ambassadors

On this role I have been responsible for creating the global offer framework and documenting the experience of our teams across a number of countries and regions in various fields (Cloud, IT, Software Development, Data Analytics, AI, RPA, etc.)

Content creation for B2B companies in the IT industry is a great challenge for me! Working for the biggest Bulgarian hosting provider is awesome! I do not consider being at ICN.Bg as a regular job because of the freedom and independence I can work with. I learned a lot about the creation and maintenance of a website, hosting and domain choice, SEO and Cloud technologies. Marketing of IT products and services is a great challenge, but I have the chance to learn a lot and develop my skills. Most of my tasks include the creation of original content, blog articles, copywriting, social media content and campaigns, marketing campaigns and others. As a member of the marketing department I participate in the strategy-creation process for promotions and new product releases. I like the job because it simulates my creativity and problem-solving skills.

The job requires teaching English as a second language to foreigners. It involves working with a lot of people from different countries and assisting them in studying English. This activity brings me a great amount of satisfaction when I see a person improving their skills and being grateful for the new knowledge they gain. I like this job because I have the opportunity to improve myself as well, to enrich my knowledge and culture and to talk to people from all around the world.

During both my work&travel programs in 2016 and 2017 I had the opportunity to challenge myself and my skills. I will always be proud of coping with all the difficult situations I experienced. I managed to establish relationships with new people and I adapted myself to a new society with different culture, language and traditions. At my job I was responsible for polite customer service, sales and advice.
