• Overseeing a manufacturing plant with over 4,000 employees across six distinct manufacturing areas and operating 24/7, I lead the definition and implementation of manufacturing operations standards. My role ensures operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness through the Bosch Production System.• Manage manufacturing operations standards for over 20 different products, 40 Final Assembly Lines, and 36 SMT Lines, driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient plant functioning.• Oversee internal logistics, ensuring on-time delivery of raw materials to production lines, streamlining material flow, reducing lead times, and optimizing storage of raw materials and finished goods.• Develop site concepts, floor space strategies, and evolution for the upcoming products for Automotive division plants in Mexico (Chihuahua and Guanajuato States Plants), guided by forecasts of customer demand for the upcoming seven years. Manage project requirements, coordinate architects and engineers for new building expansions in both Manufacturing Sites, oversee budgets (≈150 mioEUR) and timelines.• Lead Organizational Development efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness, focusing on leadership, accountability, ownership, and organizational values in a VUCA world.• Manage the Internal Communication Team, facilitating communication between departments, teams, and all levels of the organization, and aligning with central directives from corporate communication departments in Mexico and Germany.

• Responsible head to launch a new Automotive Manufacturing Plant in Mexico, defining site concept and building construction steps required based on customer forecast of New Products for the upcoming years and establishing the required Manufacturing Operational processes for all functions (Technical and Commercial).• Fully responsible to develop site concept, floor space strategy and evolution for the Automotive division plant in Mexico (Chihuahua and Guanajuato)• Responsible to define the processes to establish a Project Management department in a Manufacturing Plant Organization, involves several steps to ensure it is effectiveness and alignment with the organization goals.• Responsible to lead Manufacturing and Plant projects within the organization to achieve plant targets.

• Responsible as a Project Leader to consolidate the two manufacturing operation sites (Omega Industrial Park and Zaragoza Rio Juarez Industrial Park facilities) in one Main Facility-Site (Zaragoza). o Relocation of approximately 20 production lines o Development of a comprehensive project plan, identifying critical milestones and allocating required resources to mitigate risks and ensure quality standards. o Coordinating cross-functional teams for the successful relocation of lines and products to the main facility. o Negotiating with OEM customers the defined strategy (Bank build – Production stock, relocation strategy and timeline) and product / process validation of the relocated lines to ensure quality and delivery on time without any OEM customer impact. o Responsible of the start of production on the relocated lines.• Fully responsible to develop site concept, floor space strategy and evolution for the Automotive division plant in Mexico (Chihuahua). o Definition of floor space evolution (Included building expansions) guided by forecasts of customer demand for the upcoming seven years, with updates made annually to reflect market conditions and business needs.

Responsible for Process optimization, enhancing efficiency and driving continuous improvement project throughout the manufacturing areas. Additionally, responsible for the floor space strategy and evolution for the upcoming years based on the production forecast. • Capacity analysis and production line balancing (Stopwatch and MTM). • Workplace design and layout included accessories. • Standardize work definition (TWI concept, steps, main points to ensure quality, etc) • Standardize work definition for product change over. • Visual aids. • Ergonomic Analysis to avoid injuries. • Continuous improvement project to increase productivity and maxima equipment utilization. • Definition of raw material inventories between processes. • Definition of FIFOs, Supermarket between production segments (SMT, Subassembly and Final Assembly Lines)

Responsible to support all manufacturing production lines (Both facilities) in the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment. Total Productive Maintenance.Introduction of new Products and Lines (NPI), process definition, supplier validation and start of production, additionally, responsible of the definition of preventive and predictive maintenance of the processes.

Fully responsible to support all manufacturing production lines in the definition of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standards for all manufacturing equipment (SMT, Mechanical Equipment and Test Equipment), definition of preventive maintenance standards for each equipment.Responsible for the definition of the Quick Reaction System protocols to react fast to the equipment disruption and reduce equipment downtime. Responsible for the continuous improvement process to maximize the equipment utilization (Cycle Time reduction and Downtime reduction).

Fully responsible to support all manufacturing production lines in the definition of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standards for all manufacturing Test equipment, definition of preventive and predictive maintenance standards for each equipment.Responsible for the continuous improvement process for Testing Processes to maximize the equipment utilization (Cycle Time reduction and Downtime reduction).
