Responsible for the completion of the project on time and within budget.Duties include:• Overseeing the development of the budget, subcontract and purchase agreements, quantity log,construction schedule, submittal log, and all other required project logs.• Generating, securing, or otherwise confirming all information needed to create, monitor, andmodify the project on a continuing basis.• Monitoring and controlling the quantity log, schedule, cost report and forecast of… Show more Responsible for the completion of the project on time and within budget.Duties include:• Overseeing the development of the budget, subcontract and purchase agreements, quantity log,construction schedule, submittal log, and all other required project logs.• Generating, securing, or otherwise confirming all information needed to create, monitor, andmodify the project on a continuing basis.• Monitoring and controlling the quantity log, schedule, cost report and forecast of cost/quantityat completion based on actual production (analyzing production goal vs. actual productionachieved)• Executing and monitoring, updating, and communicating the progress schedule and its periodicrevisions.• Engineering functions to ensure that all subcontracts, material purchases, submittals, deliveries,clarifications, and changes are processed in time to guarantee jobsite arrival by, orbefore, the times needed.• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Owner, design professionals, buildingofficials, local businesses, schools, and police and fire departments.• Assisting in development of the project staff.• Organizing and coordinating field supervision.• Coordinating job-site activities with company office activities.• Organizing and overseeing jobsite administration and ensuring all required projectdocumentation is appropriately filed• Maintaining labor relations.• Managing subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and reviewand approval of vendor payments.• Coordinating cost-progress targets with production.• Ensuring compliance with company Quality Assurance Program and enforcement of policies.• Creating and maintaining a safe/secure jobsite environment.• Identifying, processing and resolving all changes to contract.• Monthly pay estimates and final billing.• Project closeout including job cost, billing, change order and documentation.
