Built, organized, and directed a new Training and Development department from the ground floor. Developed a nationally recognized New Optician Training Program. Integrated new learning platforms to develop job profiencies in sales, inventory/buying methods, dispensary management, vision insurance application/billing, and ABO certification. Drove the development of current opticians and oversaw an 80% increase in ABO certification across the entire organization.
